The design balances openness with privacy through carefully positioned louvers, courtyards and framed garden vistas. 

Operable skylights, natural cross-ventilation and rooftop solar panels further reflect the architect’s thoughtful integration of design, comfort and environmental performance.

Located in the highly sought-after Hase and Yuigahama neighborhood, the villa is only a 5-minute walk to Yuigahama Beach and 4-minute walk to Yuigahama Station.
