This large block of land is located in Furano town and is next to Route 38. It strategiacally sits just before the Sorachi river bridge, the gateway to the Kitanomine ski village. The site would be ideally suited to a hotel or retail development, and has the potential to offer spectacular views of both the Kitanomine ski slopes and the Daisetsuzan mountain range, as well as the Sorachi river.
